Are all pages rotated?
Yes, every page turns by the same amount. If you only need to rotate some, extract them first with “Split PDF”, rotate them and put them back together with “Merge PDF”.
Does rotating a PDF reduce its quality?
No. Only the orientation of each page changes; the content isn't touched.
